The Role

The Customer Success Specialist will:

Act as a liaison between contractors and suppliers, responding to questions, capturing pricing, and ensuring that goods are received and that suppliers get paid.

Participate in on-boarding new users and companies, support current customers, host webinars, reach out for feedback, and maintain our great documentation.

Build a knowledge base of FAQ’s and document all feedback and recommendations from our customers, ensuring the integrity of that data to help shape future decisions.

Connect our customer feedback to product and technical teams to help build a world class product.

To Be Successful, You Should Have

Drive. You are self-motivated, able to work independently or with a team and you want to measure the impact of your efforts on mission critical systems.

Personality. You are creative, friendly, and engaging. Whether you’re a barista at a coffee shop, a server in a popular restaurant, or a retail star – if you’re good with people, you’ll be great in this position.

Bravery. You are comfortable with the pace and environment that exists in a fast-growing business. You can turn on a dime and produce results in hours, not days or weeks. You are comfortable with ever changing conditions,  requirements, and expectations.

Reliability. Every member of our team must be incredibly reliable for our customers and to support each other. Are you the person your friends would rely on in a pinch? If so, you’ll be a great fit for the team!

A desire to grow. You have an interest in actively learning and teaching – mentoring those junior to you and learning from everyone around you. You believe that the team is best when everyone grows and succeeds with you.

A customer focused mindset. You are 100% customer oriented, stressing customer success and engagement over perfection. Personal and team success must be measured first by customer success. You work well in a team environment to quickly adapt to changing needs.

Communication skills. Have a strong and confident communication style with the ability to actively listen and consult with our customers. You’re also the kind of person who is humble, supportive and polite on the phone. This position involves a good deal of phone time, so these communication skills are imperative!
